We offer free shipping to anywhere in the USA and Canada on all orders over $99.
A shipping charge of $15 will be applied on all orders under $99.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the date that it was placed.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
At Lisette L Montreal, we want you to be pleased with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase when it is presented in sale-able condition.
Simply follow the guidelines below.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the ship date.
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
All hang tags must be attached to the garment.
All garments are subject to inspection.
This excludes any product marked “FINAL SALE”; these items cannot be returned nor exchanged.
