Can I make a change or cancel my order?
If you'd like to change your order or cancel it, please call 1-855-LISETTE (547-3883) or email Customer Service at lisettel.com/contacts. One of our representatives will be happy to help you. We can't make changes to an order once it has been placed, but we can help you with an exchange or return.
What are my payment options?
Lisette L proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No. A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card that will confirm payment. However, your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. You will be emailed with a shipping notice.
What is your free shipping policy?
We offer Free Shipping* to anywhere in the USA on all orders over $99. On all orders under $99 a shipping charge of $15 will be applied to your order. If you prefer faster delivery using FEDEX or UPS, additional shipping charges may apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
I am shopping outside of the United States. How can I shop?
Our web sales are currently available only in the continental USA. Please consult our store locator for a store near you.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the date you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How can I check on my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by using the TRACK MY ORDER link at the bottom of the Lisette L.com home page. Please the order reference number that will be in your order confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date.
- You must request a Return Number and clearly indicate it on the box that you send back or the return shipment may be refused.
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- All hangtags must be attached to the garment at time of return.
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- There is a fifteen dollar ($15) restocking fee.
- This excludes any product which is on sale or discounted; these items are final sale.
How do I ship my return or exchange?
1. Login to your account and click 'My Returns' on the left hand side.
2. Select the order number which corresponds to the order that you would like to return or exchange from the drop down menu, then click ‘next’.
3. Check off the style that you would like to return.
4. Select the reason, condition and resolution that you would like, then click submit. At this point, you will receive an email with confirmation.
5. If possible, print the return packing slip by clicking the ‘Print Return Packing Slip’ button.
6. Pack the items in their original packaging, include the receipt, and seal the box.
7. Stick the provided pre-paid FedEx return label on the outside of the box.
8. Ensure that the Return Number is clearly written on the outside of the box or the package may be refused upon delivery.
9. Make a note of the tracking number from the pre-paid FedEx label on your copy of the packing list or order.
10. Bring the sealed box to your nearest FedEx location to ship: fedex.com
When will my purchase be refunded?
Once your package has been received with the Return Number clearly indicated on the box, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction is completed. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
When will I receive my exchange?
Once your package has been received with the Return Number clearly indicated on the box and accepted in its current condition, you will be issued store credit totaling in the amount paid for the original item that is being returned. You will then be able to order the style of your choice and apply the store credit to that order upon checkout.

Lisette L recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We collect information (such as your email address) when you contact us. To serve you better, your information is added to our customer database. We will add you to our mailing list. From time to time, you may receive periodic emails from us about new merchandise, Press, or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive such emails or mailings from us, please contact us.
Does Lisette L share the information?
We respect your privacy. Lisette L does not sell or share the information you provide to us to any third party. Lisette L may, from time to time, contract with unaffiliated third parties that assist us in providing services to you; assist in maintaining and managing customer information to provide customer and internet services; or to more effectively communicate with you. These companies are contractually restricted from using your information in any manner, other than in helping us to provide you with the services available on our site. Lisette L does not authorize any unaffiliated third party to make any other use of your information.
Sales & Coupons
What is your policy on sales and coupon codes?
Items purchased on sale are final sale items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or discount code. Promotion, Coupon or Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are on sale. Promotion, Coupon or Discount codes can only be used on regular priced items.
Please note that your order may vary slightly in color shade from what you see on the website due to difference in production times and dye lots.
